If your like me, you love your movies...but not all of them, for me it takes something special to make it into our collection of movies, and well most of those are 80's movies...lol...stuff we grew up with i guess. There are quite a few new ones sprinkled in, with that said I was so excited to add Snow White and The Huntsman to our collection! My husband and I went to see it in theaters when it came out (our only date night this year)...since then we were almost counting the day's till it came out on DVD. I was so ecstatic to be able to review the extended edition.

OUR THOUGHTS
I know you can already tell that we absolutely love this movie...it is far from the fairytale story that was created years ago. While on the same basis of the princess left with an evil step mother who wants to kill her for her beauty, this version is a much darker story of betrayal, witch craft, and jealousy. With exciting special effects, and thrilling fight scenes...this movie keeps your attention from start to finish. With me being the emotional wreck i am lately there were even a few tears...while not much of a children's movie, my boys really enjoyed watching this movie, and i know it will be a favorite for years to come!

Thirteen participating Kelly’s Coffee & Fudge shops in the SoCal area will feature specially-created ‘Snow White
& the Huntsman’ candied apples along with complimentary promotional
items from Sept 7 through October 7. And don’t forget, an exclusive
game code to play the online game “Conquer the Kingdom” is contained on
signature coffee cup sleeves while supplies last. Look for

Launched online Aug. 29 the Conquer the Kingdom game allows fans to uncover “spell codes” by participating in various Snow White & the Huntsman activities,
